The "Unknown" Cancer Cure

Dr. Stanislaw Burzynski, MD, PhD of Houston Texas had made the first significant advancement in the treatment of cancer in many years in his discover of antineoplastons. These antineoplastons are small protein fragments, or peptides, produced in the liver. They block the ability of cancer cells to divide by turning off genetic signals that stimulate cancer cell growth and turning on genes that prevent growth. They are part of our natural defenses against cancer. When production of antineoplastons drops, due to age or other factors, cancer rears its ugly head.

Dr. Burzynski discovered antineoplastons as a young physician and researcher in his native Poland in the 1960s. He observed the presence of certain peptides in the urine of healthy people that were absent in cancer patients, then isolated these peptides and found that in test-tube studies, they stopped cancer cell growth. In 1970, Dr. Burzynski came to Houston to continue his research, working first at Baylor College of MedicineHe discovered how to synthesize antineoplastons and has been using them, orally and intravenously, to successfully treat thousands of patients over the last 26 years with great success.

Why Don’t More Doctors Use Them?

Radiation and chemotherapy are often as bad as the cancer itself. On the other hand antineoplastons are nontoxic and have no side effects. They have been tested in FDA-controlled clinical trials, investigated by the National Cancer Institute, and written up in major medical journals. Yet, if you were diagnosed with cancer, it is highly unlikely that your oncologist would recommend a course of antineoplastons.

The concept of “purging the body of cancer” via , chemotherapy, surgery and radiation is firmly entrenched in the medical establishment. Dr. Burzynski’s discovery threatens the “establishment”. So, not only is the therapy largely ignored, but Dr. Burzynski has been aggressively persecuted by the FDA and others in the “cancer establishment.”

If you or a loved one has cancer, you to investigate antineoplaston therapy, both the intravenous form and the less expensive oral sodium phenylbutyrate. For more information, call the Burzynski Clinic at (713) 335-5697 or visit www.burzynskipatientgroup.org and www.cancermed.com.
